last night i went to menards and bought some parts (drawer hardware, aluminum flat bar, and hinges) for a rig to hold the robot up. the goal was to allow free translation, but to lock yaw and pitch.
tonight i put my little contraption together and played around with the robot.
it felt damn good. i only played around for 2 hours, but it felt like i accomplished something, or at least learned a few things in the process.
that's the problem with my programming. i rarely feel like i accomplish anything from day to day (especially*especially since the baby) because i can just see so many steps down the line. i've just done it all before and it sucks.
it's just so nice being so naive with the robot stuff.
