of course i invited them in. we talked for about 1.5 hours. i asked lots of questions about random inconsistencies in christian and mormon religion. they had very good answers to most. good job guys.

i do wonder if the mormon religion has good enough meme power to survive. one of the tenets is.. we don't compromise, our religion is 100%. maybe that is why it is doing so well. the trend seems to be for other religions to be more flexible so that they can be easily more accepted. however, many of the major religions seem to be dieing. in the old'n days, all the religions had the.. we are correct, you are wrong attitude, and they grew huge.

of course i brought up kolob as always. i don't mean it with any mean spirit (yeah, the link i chose kinda contradicts that), i am just intrigued by it. it is such a very different concept than most of the other religions.

of course i also brought up my belief system.. the 120B galaxies and 200B stars THAT WE CAN SEE.. then i explained hubble distance. HUMANS ARE INSIGNIFICANT I TELL YA.

ok. ok. it was fun. i got another book of mormon. where do these all end up? i must have received at least 10 of them over the years. they also asked to come back. i said sure.
