vc7 dependency checker

come on microsoft. do you not use your own products? my companies code takes for damn ever to compile. that's not really microsoft's fault.

what is their fault is that it takes literally 5 seconds for it to dependency check our 10 projects. so if i touch a single file, it takes 5 seconds to build just to start with, then it still has to compile and link.

i think microsoft should add more annoying features inline with the pain that makes.. how about a screeching noise that disobeys your volume settings and screams at you while it is compiling. i'd say that is "almost" as annoying.
