I am actually very happy about this patent. It is about time the general public is directly effected by patents in a visible way. Hey look.. Found something useful? Fuck you! Time to trash your new $400 toy. haha. Sucker. Promote innovation. My ass.

btw. WTF is the deal with the judge awarding an exemption in the injuction for government employees? I guess the judge has one and 'can't think of living without it'.
