the shitheads settled for $625mil. all this is going to do is to encourage more trolls. especially considering how high-profile this case was. average people heard about this one where they never heard about the ms patent case loses.
so i wonder what happens with the uspto with regards to this. do they just go ahead and stop their re-eval of the the final claim?
i wonder if the judge did some illegal shit and secretly told rim about their fate. it just does not make sense why they would settle.
