so the outcome i want is for blackberry to actually lose and get an injunction. the blackberry people are patent abusers too, so i have no love for them, that's why i don't care if they lose.

so if an injunction takes place that means a very public display of how fucked up the patent system is. here you go consumers. you're blackberry has now been bricked! ha. maybe a politician will get pissy and things will start to change.

btw. the article states that the shithead patent troll is now going after microsoft. again. i hope microsoft gets an injunction. microsoft needs to become the target of lawsuit after lawsuit. at some point turning the table to make it more business sense to change the patent system rather than be a pawn of it. microsoft is one of the few companies than can fix the problem.
