It's kinda funny to see the realtor business model failing. Kinda like how the travel agents business model failed a few years back.
What exactly does a realtor do anyway? Well, besides collect 7%. Yeah, 7% of $200,000+. Sounds like a good deal for a days work.
Last year I sold a condo and bought a house without a realtor. There is no point. The internet has all the information you need to buy and sell now.
