uhh.. running.. uhh fast?

i changed my route. i ran half way and then turned around. i also had enough pup to run really fast for a nice chunk near the end of the run.

so my time..

26:40 holy shit.

which i think is actually right. omg.

i use the the wall clock to time myself, so i don't know exactly. i mark the time i start in my head and starting counting to 15 while i leave and lock the house. i run, get back, and start counting to 15 again and get in the house. i then look at the clock and write down my end time and my start time. i add 30 to my start time and then subtract it from the end time.

maybe i should just get some sort of watch.
