back in madison and did my first run today. i decided to do a lap of the park. 1.5 miles in 15 minutes. i even got cat called, or whatever the hell you call it, by a girl in a car.. that is pretty cool.
anyway, towards the end i did end up with a bit of side/back ache thingy. that sucks. it especially sucks because in combo with my imaginary asthma, it makes it hard to catch a breath. even though i was not breathing hard, i still could not get a breath without it hurting. bah. i was tough, like a dumbass, and powered through it though.
so i guess the big running plan is to do 2 laps of the park in 30 minutes. now the big question is.. do i officially make august some sort of training month? i could start doing my abs and arm stuff again and get all fit or something.. that's crazy.
