do i put in the work to find out if i can get the game today/tonight, or do i just wait till tomorrow?

i must say that i am very excited about the game. i got the chance to beta hl2 last time i was in seattle. it was really, really good and i am sure it is even better now. still, i can say i have already played hl2 and that pushes doom3 ahead in anticipation.

it sure is going to be a great couple of months for games.. doom3, hl2, halo2. is it true. am i really going to take the time and beat 4 whole games this year?
