so check out this stupidity.. when you activate your phone on the inet you have to enter a serial number. the serial number from the phone is something like..

it doesn't let you enter the slash, so you have to enter it without it. idiotic.
so later after you activate your phone you have to enter a number from the website into your phone. it is something like..

you enter the number and it says all is good on the phone. the website says it might take a few hours, so i wait overnight.
so today, my phone still doesn't work and i call the help number and vomit from the mtv jackass. i get an operator finally..
