some jackass has a class action suit out against netflix..

The lawsuit alleges that Netflix failed to provide "unlimited" DVD rentals and "one day delivery" as promised in its marketing materials.

netflix is settling. i was a member of netflix during a certain time period and that AUTOMATICALLY makes me a member of the class. BULLSHIT. i don't want to be a party to idiotic lawsuits, even if i get something for free out of it for doing nothing!! (which is lame btw.. a free month)

but wait.. what does the jackass piece of shit and his piece of shit lawyers get?

sometimes the way this country works just makes me sick.

so here's what i am going to do to make myself feel better. i am going to send in the letter to opt-out.
