i've been asleep for a week

i have no idea what my schedule is anymore. it is all over the place. the plan was for me to go to sleep when janel got up. sleep. take turing when i got up until janel got home from work.

however. that plan vs practice thing.. FAILURE.

it seemed like every other day i had to be up in the morning for something. going to bed at 8am and getting up at 9am.. well.. not a good plan.

i have been exhausted. what i didn't realize until the other day was that my body clock shifted for some reason. not being aware that your body thinks bedtime it 6pm really is a bad thing. i fought. i fought. i failed. during the day turing naps only for 20 minutes. those naps just did not cut it and just made me more exhausted.

new plan.

trying to sync to two schedules, both turing's and janel's was not working. so now i am giving a try to just sycing with turing's. so i try to go to bed at night when he goes to bed (6-7pm) and sleep however long. not so good tonight as i got up at 11:30pm.
