How do you find someone for free?

Of course you should do a basic search on their name first. Try various forms of the name, with and without quotes around it.

Next try one of the various free social networking sites. Get an account, quickly try searching for their name, but that probably won't work. Instead search for their school.

You'll need the school first. If you don't know that, but know the city and it is not too large, find the a list of highschools for that city.

Once you know the school you can drill down by year of graduation. Here's the hard part...

Browse the pictures and find them. If you find them you'll probably find their username too. That username is often used on many sites. Do a search for that.
