You can now buy some magical device to stick on your head to control a game with your brain. If you could track locations either absolute or relative to your head you could control things as you walk around. There are a lot of ways to track objects absolute / relative to other objects ( ultra-sonic, camera, etc. )

So knowing the location of an object relative to your head ( or absolute of both ) you could train yourself/device to activate that object. A good use would be all the lights in your house. For most any point of view there would only be a few visual and they would not usually be near each other. If you could train yourself/device to operate in only a very quantized version of your FOV you could easily control lights even if you are walking around. You just look at the light and it could be turned on and off at will.
