We're going on our annual Chautauqua trip soon so I need to figure out what programming project I want to work on. I been trying to figure it out for about a month, but all that happens is that my list gets longer..

Some other Wii game that uses the controller(s) well.

IMU micro-controller project
Low latency USB <-> AX12 micro-controller project
Raycasting PS3 SPU demo
Sparse voxel octree PS3 SPU demo

Random CUDA demos
WPF 3D modeling package

CNC router project
gamebasis of course

Some of these don't work so well on a trip, but I still want to do them.

I could also just give up and do none of them as per usual lately. I'll get all excited about a project and start working on it only to quickly realize that I was totally delusional about the possibility that I have enough available time to work on it. "Luckily" it only takes me a few days to realize this now, where in the past I could work on a project for a couple of weeks to only be completely crushed when I come out of the clouds.

Shit. Just writing that may of burst me from the clouds. Damn it. I'll will be so happy when I can retire and just work on my projects. Unfortunately it always seems to be 2 years away. Fuck.
